Interview

We will set up a time to have an interview at a convenient time that best suits our schedules. We look forward to hearing about the intangible characteristics that make you unique.

Background check & References

Following the interview, we will begin contacting your references. and we will also conduct a thorough background check on you which includes Criminal History, Driving Record, and more.

Hiring

We will then send your information to a family who we feel will be a great match for you, and if they want to move forward with meeting you, they will contact you.

The family is in charge of hiring the nanny they choose, and they will provide you with the necessary documents moving forward.

The Nanny Co will continue to provide support to the nanny after being hired.
