Consultation

I would like to talk with you via video chat or in person so that I can get to know you better and get a better idea of who would match your family's needs. I will also go into more detail with how the Family/Nanny process works and what to expect..

Step 3

Matching & Interviewing

I will send you the bios of suitable candidates who I truly believe will fit your family's needs. I

will then work with you to coordinate interviews with the candidates you are most interested in. Whether you prefer the interviews to be inside your home or elsewhere, I will gladly help set up what you're most comfortable with.

Step 4

Hiring

I will provide clear guidance on the final stages of hiring your nanny, and I will give you resources to use, such as payroll service companies, nanny tax information, and the Nanny/Family agreement. I will also be a continual support after the placement process is complete.
