Job 1: Newport/Woodbury – 2 boys
Must have a flexible weekday schedule!
$27–$30/hr
A family in the Newport/Woodbury area is looking for a flexible, active, and engaging part-time nanny for their two boys, ages 3 years and 15 months.
They are also expecting their third baby at the end of February and are hoping to find someone who can stay with their family long-term.
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Variable weekdays, approximately 2–4 days/week
Guaranteed Hours: 15 hours/week
No weekends
Payroll: Legal pay through HomePay
Mom is a nurse and works varying shifts, so there are no set days each week. The nanny will receive the schedule about one month in advance, but significant weekday flexibility is important.
The ideal nanny is active, creative, enjoys being outdoors, and genuinely loves engaging with young children. Responsibilities will primarily focus on childcare, activities, and keeping the boys engaged. Some light miscellaneous household help would also be appreciated, but this is not a household management position.

A family in Edina is seeking a long-term Household Manager/Nanny (primarily household management).
Pay: $29-$34/hr
Children: Boys ages 16, 12, and 11

Schedule: Approx. 30 hrs/week
Mon–Thurs: 11:30am–6pm

They would like someone with 3+ years of full-time household manager experience who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
Duties include: dog walking, errands, laundry, school pickups, managing after-school routines, dinner prep, organizing projects, summer activity driving, and occasional evenings/overnights.
This role is much more household manager than childcare, as the boys are older. Ideal for someone who enjoys keeping a busy home running smoothly and taking initiative.
Must have reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed). No bringing your own child.

Seeking someone with recent toddler nanny experience who understands milestones, speech and physical development, and can plan engaging learning activities.
Potty training experience is a plus.
Duties include toddler meal prep, outings/walks, child laundry, dishes, dishwasher, light tidying, vacuuming, and diaper pail.
Must be CPR certified, up to date on vaccines, and have reliable transportation.
Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
