Step 2

Consultation

 

We would like to talk with you over the phone so we can understand your family, home, schedule, and support needs. We will also walk you through the family/staffing process and what to expect.

Step 3

Matching & Interviewing

We will send you the bios of suitable candidates who we truly believe will fit your family's needs. We

will then work with you to coordinate interviews with the candidates who you are most interested in.  

Step 4

Hiring

 

We provide clear guidance on the final stages of hiring your nanny or household staff, including offer details, payroll resources, and a work agreement. We are also available as continued support after placement.
